No legal advice
TURNSHEET provides intelligence, benchmarks, and educational content about venture capital term sheets. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. You must consult qualified professionals before signing any term sheet, deed, or financing agreement.
User-generated content
Founder reports, reviews, and submitted term sheets are user-generated content. TURNSHEET takes reasonable steps to verify and anonymise such content but does not warrant its accuracy. VCs may request review of factual inaccuracies via the dispute process.
VC subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees do not entitle the subscriber to any editorial control over content, benchmarks, scores, or rankings.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TURNSHEET and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
