TURNSHEET ("we," "our," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist or analyse a term sheet, we collect the information you provide (name, email, company, stage, region) and basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and analytics.

Term sheet content

Term sheets uploaded for analysis are processed through a personal-information scrub before storage. We remove names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other PII before any analysis runs. Submissions are stored under one-way hashes that cannot be linked back to individual users.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@turnsheet.co. Subject to applicable law, deletion takes effect within 30 days.
